James West - Chairman
Formerly Managing Director of Globe Investment Trust plc and later Chief Executive of Lazard Asset Management and a Managing Director of Lazard Brothers & Co Ltd, where he held full responsibility for the bank’s investment operations. He is now Chairman of Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc and Jupiter Second Enhanced Income Trust plc and a non-executive Director of a number of diverse companies including Candover Investments plc, British Assets Trust plc and Global Natural Energy plc. He is also a director of IPSA Group PLC and Rurelec PLC.

Dr Mary Archer - Director
Dr Mary Archer is perhaps the most well-known and respected renewable energy academic in the UK, following a period of ten years as a Fellow and College Lecturer in Chemistry at Newnham College, Cambridge.  She serves on the Department of Trade and Industry’s Energy Advisory Panel and is a Companion of the Institute of Energy. She also chairs the Trustees of the National Energy Foundation which promotes energy efficiency.  From 1989 to 1992 she was a member of the Council of Lloyd’s of London, the insurance market.
