Sir Richard Morris - Chairman
Sir Richard was knighted by Her Majesty the Queen in 1992 for his services to science and industry following a distinguished business career in which he held numerous key directorships with blue chip companies including Courtaulds and British Nuclear Fuels.  In 1980 he became Chairman and Chief Executive of Brown and Root (UK) Ltd and remained in that position until 1992.  He was Chairman of UK Nirex Ltd until 1997 and until recently was Chairman of M40 Trains-Chiltern Railways and of Spectron Limited .

Dr Mary Archer - Director
Dr Mary Archer is perhaps the most well-known and respected renewable energy academic in the UK, following a period of ten years as a Fellow and College Lecturer in Chemistry at Newnham College, Cambridge.  She serves on the Department of Trade and Industry’s Energy Advisory Panel and is a Companion of the Institute of Energy. She also chairs the Trustees of the National Energy Foundation which promotes energy efficiency.  From 1989 to 1992 she was a member of the Council of Lloyd’s of London, the insurance market.

James G. West JP - Director
Following a successful career as Managing Director of Globe Investment Trust plc, Mr West became the Chief Executive of Lazard Asset Management and a Managing Director of Lazard Brothers & Co Ltd, where he held full responsibility for the bank’s investments and other operations.  He is now a non-executive Director of a series of diverse companies including, Candover Investments plc, British Assets plc, and GNE Group plc.
