Peter R. S. Earl - Chief Executive Officer
Began career at Boston Consulting Group advising state-owned companies. Former CEO of Tranwood PLC and The Carter Organization in New York. Acted on secondment to the World Bank and UNDP and advised on privatisations in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Served as Deputy Chairman for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe infrastructure finance group. Director of Fieldstone Private Capital Group in London, where he advised on US$6 billion of cross-border power sector acquisitions and bids, involving 5,000 MW of installed capacity and more than 2 million distribution customers.

Elizabeth R. Shaw - Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer
Investment banker in the electricity sector since 1994.  Director of Fieldstone Private Capital Group in London. In Bolivia, she advised on the spin-off of the Electropaz distribution business of COBEE to Iberdrola of Spain and on the sale by ENDE of its ELFEC distribution interests in Cochabamba.  Prior to joining Fieldstone, Elizabeth Shaw was extensively involved in the financing of small to medium sized companies in the UK, including raising equity for both listed and unlisted companies.  Currently she is responsible for business development and finance at the Independent Power Corporation PLC.

Susan A. Laker - Director & General Counsel
A graduate of the London School of Oriental and African Studies where she obtained a first class honours degree in Chinese followed by a Robert Sterling Clark fellowship to Taiwan National University and a Kennedy Scholarship to Harvard.  She gained wide business experience in Asia having been responsible for business development in China for Racal Electronics Plc for a decade. She is an experienced power sector lawyer and a sinologist, who has advised the DTI on trade with China.

J. Michael Eyre - Managing Director, Independent Power Operations Limited
Both a Chartered and European Engineer with extensive experience in project management and development in the power sector; currently a director of Rurelec PLC and IPSA Group PLC. As a CEGB engineer, spent part of his early career on secondment to Eskom of South Africa with responsibility for maintenance of a portfolio of 26 power plants. Head of Engineering Quality with National Power and Head of Business Development at Lloyds' Register power division.
